I knew Bill for 25 years, and always found him to be a caring, considerate and thoughtful man.  Those whom he loved, he loved forever.  He will be greatly missed.

I am terribly sorry to hear of Cousin Bill’s death. I can’t believe I was just thinking of him yesterday and thinking it is time for the Rice’s, Franklin’s and Elfers to have a reunion. I believe he would have wanted to do that and would have treasured it. I will miss him, his laugh, his stories and his warm heart.
