I have many wonderful memories of spending summers in the cape with my Uncle and was heart broken to hear of his passing. He was a wonderful and brillant sole to be around as a child. My heart goes out to his family and they are in my prayers. Much love Nici Ramsey Bitmead

It is with sincere sympathy that I write this note. I have fond memories of Bill whom I considered a mentor and a friend. I had the pleasure of being his secretary (we weren’t admins then) for 10+ years in the heyday of DEC. I am blessed to have been part of this wonderful man’s circle of life.
