I'm so sorry to hear of Bills passing. We were classmates at USAF Pilot Training, and also flew many trips together as pilots for Delta. My fondest memory was when we were together for our initial job interview at Delta. I noticed he had a tear in his slacks while we both waited to begin the interview, so we scurried to find a quick fix. We laughed about it over the years. Godspeed Bill.

Sad about Bill passing away in December. I too went to UPT with him, when he drove that cool bronze Mazda RX7. I have submitted a page from our classes yearbook under "Stories". As it says, Bill went to Fighter lead-in with us  and then to the F-4. We met again at Delta, along with J.C., Joe Harris, Dwight Sullivan, Bill Huff,Steve Matsen, and perhaps some I have forgot. Rest in peace Bill

So sorry to see Bill had passed. Bill was truly a character in our UPT class. He wanted to be part of pretty much any event or team, whether a spirit mission to highlight 80-06, a road trip to the French Quarter, or the weekly party for the class (& MUW coeds) at Rodger's house, Trau was just plain "fun." God must've needed more of that in heaven. Rest in peace, Bill.
