To Bill’s family,  I had the pleasure of working with Bill at Raytheon in Billerica for several years. He talked about all of you, all the time. When I think about Bill, the words “True Gentleman” comes to mind.  I hope you find peace knowing that everyone he knew, loved him. Please accept our condolences and deepest sympathy for your loss.
