I worked with Bill when he was a defense attorney. He was passionate about his clients and also, was a pleasure to work with, I too remember his infectious laugh, his gentle manner and the sneakers he wore to the Boston Municipal Court.

Bill was the student lawyer while I was the Director of Residence Life at a Mass State college. He immediately won over all the students—arriving on his bike, then jumping  on stage and slipping off his one piece ‘bike suit’ to reveal a 3-piece business suit. He was a dear, loved friend.
