I fished with Bill in Montana  and am writing this from one of our favorite spots on Rock Creek.  So sorry to hear of his passing.  We told Bill stories today and offered up a toast in his memory.  I will miss his arguments, he often thought I was wrong, but explained it so well that I ended up agreeing with him.
