Vickie Quinn, 65, a long-time resident of Central Point, Oregon, passed away peacefully Monday, November 18, at her daughter's home in Cleveland, Ohio.
She is survived by her daughter Heather Kearney (Quinn) and son Matt Quinn, her brothers Jeff Loftus and Eric Loftus and her mother Marlene Loftus. Her father, Darwin Loftus and sister, Cynthia Loftus, both deceased.
Vickie was born in Fargo, North Dakota. Her family moved to several cities as they grew up including Beaverton, Spokane and San Diego, where she married Kevin Quinn. They moved to Southern Oregon where they had their two children. She worked for Harry & David for 17 years prior to joining her children in Cleveland. Her amazing work ethic, contagious smile and laugh, and her ability to see the positive in every situation that came her way leaves a lasting impression on her friends and family.
Vickie's family will celebrate her privately, preparing her favorite Norwegian Klub recipe (and yes, Mom, it's all about the butter!) We love you.
I've heard your laugh out at break time or across the call center floor and everytime it made me smile. You were one of a kind and I loved working with you for 15 of your 17 years at Harry & David.....RIP Vickie Quinn you will be missed
