Todd was one of those people everyone liked and enjoyed being around. I've known Todd since our Daley School days. He was always one of the smartest kids in class but also funny and laid back. When he worked for Parks and Req I'd play ball with Todd at the Lincoln School during the summer months. He never changed, always engaging and respectful. A good, kind man.

Our deepest sympathy to    Buzzer & family. I don't know where to begin,Todd will be in my heart forever. Yes my suntan was always better than his, our trip to Puerto Rico with Tony & me..well you had to be there. I can hear him singing the Beatles songs to me in the back yard & he still waiting to date Marion O. Rest in peace my friend.Love, Judy & Tony
