Tom Cleveland was a wonderful colleague of mine on the St. Mary's business faculty 2004-2010. Together we organized (and he chaired) a great program at the Commonwealth Club in SF on the future of banking, with executives from Mechanics, Wells Fargo, and other banks. Few colleagues were as smart, as creative, as funny, or as caring as Tom.  An irreplaceable guy. RIP dear brother.
