I knew Steve all through school in Juneau.  We were both in the rifle club and cadets with JPD. We took a fun ferry & road trip from Juneau to Las Vegas. He was so much fun to be around. I don't think I  ever saw him when he wasn't smiling or laughing. We lost contact and I  am so sorry to learn that he has passed.  Steve was a great guy and a good friend.
