Steve was my Best Friend during my High School years.
We grew up together within our Pawtucketville Clan.
May he Rest In Peace within the Love of Family and Friends.

Although I haven't seen Steve in many many years, I remember him well growing up in Pawtucketville. We knew him by "Tibbs", his nickname, and he was a regular at the basketball courts and on the baseball diamond. Steve was an excellent athlete and just a really good person. He always displayed sportsmanship and class. I have nothing but great memories of Steve "Tibbs" Rourke.
