The San Ramon City Council has adjourned today's meeting, May 10th, in honor of Shirley. In their words, she was a dynamo. Her presence is sorely missed among the community and family she loved so much.
Shirley was an amazing women and loved to volunteer and give back to her community. She was always positive about everything with a smile on her face and a kind word to say. She always reminded me of an angel sent here to help us through life. Happy she’s up there with the angels keeping an eye on us. She will be missed but always remembered.
