Sal was an important man to me & my family. He represented love, pure & simple. He loved my dad & mom & therefore all us kids.
I have many memories as a kid having Sal as my parents best friend in the world. My regret is not seeing him before he passed. I wish I could be at his funeral but it's not possible for me. My love goes to all his loved ones

I still miss you more than anything in the whole world. I love you Nanu, I will never forget you and your memory still lives on. Such a gentle man, and I am so glad that I had the opportunity to be your grandchild. I miss our morning schedule of getting donuts with each other, and going to the park, everything. I love you so much.
