Our entire family remembers Dr. Frank with much love and appreciation for his friendship and loving care. When we moved to Walnut Creek in 1967 we were Blessed to find Frank and choose him to be our personal physician until his retirement. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Sher Family at the time of loss.
