Ken was one of my best pals in music. We played trumpet together in the Long Beach Symphony in the '70s. No one loved playing the trumpet more than he did. Ken was one of those guys you felt you had known all your life. We had a ball playing music together. After he moved to Soquel, we traded letters and phone calls and I even visited a few times. He was one of a kind. God bless you, Ken.
