It is with much sadness to know that this strong, courageous and bright star has sailed on. The lasting sparks that were ignited by Rigel that brought change in our community will last long and with much celebration! Thank you for assisting with  those most powerful and humane changes in the mental health community of Santa Cruz! You shall always be remembered! Love to you!
