So many memories. Stopping in at the gas station you always made it a point to stop what you were doing and say hello with a smile. All the fun times at the house growing up. RIP Uncle Dick.

Richard T was a true friend to many in the Foster family He was very kind, generous and just  a wonderful person. The entire Foster family share your sorrow. May Dick  rest in eternal peace.
