Just heard about Dick's passing.  A wonderful and fun man - always looked to him as a great dinner companion at some very staid (may I say boring) business events.  The people who worked for Dick truly admired and cared for him.  Although I never had the opportunity to work for Dick I know from them  that he was  " a salt of the earth" type of guy.  I will always think fondly of him.
