Patti and I were friends because of her. I worked at ASD’s Purchasing Department and she would frequently bring fresh baked cookies to us on her way to work at the Education Center. I would not go to the Education Center without stopping in to see Patti. When I eventually started working at the Education Center, she liked my red cowboy boots and bought a pair herself, which blossomed into Red Boot Tea Parties along with some other folks. I will forever wear those boots in her memory. I am so grateful to have had her in my life.
Patti has been a lifelong friend. We watched her bring an abundance and happiness to all around her. What a joy it was to have been a part of her life. Over the last fifty years we can not remember ever being greeted by Patti without receiving a big, warm, genuine smile. She will be terribly missed by family and friends. Jim and Ginny Ward
