To the guy who would take the shirt off his back for you. We studied math together at vcu and biked and chilled at the lake. We lost contact and finally reconnected one year ago. You'll be missed dude! You're the man!

Cecil was such a wonderful person.  He has a fantastic personality and an amazing sense of humor.  I don't think there was ever a time that I was around Cecil that I didn't laugh.  He will be missed greatly!!

Everyone who knew him would describe Cecil as the most fully alive person they'd ever met. Full of a quest for adventure, full of fun, and full of laughter. I will never forget your laugh, or how happy you always were. Cecil, you will be greatly missed by all who knew you. I'll drink a cold one for you, bud.
