To the guy who would take the shirt off his back for you. We studied math together at vcu and biked and chilled at the lake. We lost contact and finally reconnected one year ago. You'll be missed dude! You're the man!
Cecil was such a wonderful person. He has a fantastic personality and an amazing sense of humor. I don't think there was ever a time that I was around Cecil that I didn't laugh. He will be missed greatly!!
