It was with great sadness I heard about the passing of Matt.  My time spent with Matt was always enjoyable as Matt was interesting, smart, and fun.  His parents were good friends of my parents, John and Marche Ruth Nicholas.  I am so sorry I didn't get to meet Irina.  I hope Irina, Sherri and the entire Cusimano family are consoled by what a wonderful person Matt was.
