I want to thank all of Mark's friends for being his community; for helping him create a meaningful life, for giving him joy, and for
sustaining him through his cancer journey these last 8 months.  Mark lives on in our hearts, minds, and just actions.  May our love now surround Ben and Leah. Dear brother, RIP, your sister, Nancy.

I went to work with Mark at Munger Tolles in approx 1984 and enjoyed several fishing adventures with him on the Alaska Railroad and in SW Alaska.  He was a kind and contemplative man and will be missed.

Judge Rindner was the presiding judge when my wife and I adopted our twin daughter and son.  I remember him being extremely thoughtful and compassionate.  We even took photos with him and the family.  I am saddened to learn of his passing.  My condolences to his family.
