We remember fondly meeting you at the New Year's Day open houses at your grandparents home, and hearing about your time in Africa. Markus!!!  I came across all your letters you sent my wife and I when you went to Aftrica. And some pictures. Man you were skinny. I do cherish the days at UCSB with you as we were only 2of 8 that graduated with BS in chemistry. My wife Raquel remembers when we were invited up to your place in Carmel and stayed the night. I miss you man.  Did you really meet Jane Goodall ?  Get some rest
