Larry was a dear friend to me and many others at Parkdale High School in Riverdale , MD , where I taught with him in the early 70's - a wild and pivotal time saturated with joyous memories.
The photos of him, his quirky smile, gentle eyes, bring tears to mine...May you rest in peace old comrade!
Larry was a loyal friend and fellow artist since he moved to San Jose 20 years ago to work at Bellarmine. He came into the gallery where I worked, volunteered immediately and ended up being President of the Board. He was the nicest, kindest, sweetest friend I could have. I will remember the good times, how hard we worked, and our friendship. I will miss him forever & never forget him.
Larry and I were very close in the 1970s. He was a man of great creativity. He always hoped to touch the truth with his art. I know he will be missed by many.
Today, April 30, is Larry's Birthday. If God has a refrigerator, Larry's picture is on it.
