The Mooers family express our sincere heartfelt sympathy to your family. We fondly remember Keith as a blond hair, freckled boy who was always smiling when we saw him and so full of life and a lot of energy.  Andy also played hockey with Keith, and also came over to play or be at Andy's birthday b-day parties, wild but fun!
