Carole and I knew and became good friends with Joe and Joyce at Clark AB in the Philippines.  We were also stationed at Langley AFB, VA at the same time and continued our friendship there for a few more years.  We are truly saddened to learn of Joyce's passing.  I only found out about Joe's passing late last year and we had been hoping to find Joyce alive and well.  They were special. RIP
