As kids,Joy stayed with me in New Bedford, we’d visit the drugstore, view paperback mysteries, occasionally buy one, spend the night reading. As young adults, Joy rescued me from a sewing disaster.  Attempting to shorten pants I cut off too much-Joy helped me sew cuffs to fix the problem. Meeting at family gatherings after years, it was always as if we’d never been apart.

What a beautiful celebration of Joys! life, Janna, John, Amy, Laura, Andrea and Rev. Telos!  While I miss her live friendship tremendously, I carry memories Joy! in my heart. I'm so glad she was able to slip away peacefully and without pain. I would like to stay in touch with you, her closest family members. You were everything to her!
