Jo was a loving and supportive wife to my father, Carl McMillin after the death of our mother. I thank her for giving him companionship and wonderful memories of their life together.  My condolences to her family.

My wonderful wife Josephine and I were married for 17 yrs. and celebrated many special days together with her family in Richmond before her illness took control of her.
