Joe was an outstanding Educator.  He was a privilege to know.  Joe and I did our Doctoral Studies at the University of La Verne.  He provided many opportunities to work with him and his Staff.  Our condolences go our to Debbie, Bjorn and Jon....Sam and Judy Bozzo
