So sorry to have heard of your sweet mother Janet's death.  My her soul Rest In Peace.  Deepest sympathy to all of you.  Many a good time at those famous N.D. tailgaters...

Dear beloved Murtagh family,
I write this during Mrs. Murtagh's Memorial Mass; I wish I could be there with you to share this moment, and my condolences, personally, but for now, I can only share this message. I can remember each time I spent time with Mrs. Murtagh as she was such a good, welcoming and strong presence and left an indelible impression. Clearly, the love and guidance that she and Mr. Murtagh shared with you has produced and nurtured a great family to carry on the lessons and values that were so much a part of their lives.  
On behalf of my mother, Bernice and brother, Philip, I send to you our thoughts and prayers, and wishes that you be comforted by the many good memories of the past, and the knowledge that you will have a lifetime ahead of being there for each other, as well as Mrs. Murtagh's continuing prayers for you.
