How fortunate was I to have Jim as my nextdoor neighbor for 30 years? Jim was a kind, sweet man and he always had a smile on his face. Jim will always hold a special place in my heart. My deepest sympathy goes out to Mable and family. The hardest part of moving away was not seeing Jim and Mable everyday.
