Dear Mrs. Bryant
I was deeply saddened to learn of Jim’s passing. I knew Jim back in the late 1980s when he was on assignment in Hong Kong. I had the privilege of working as his secretary at that time. Although we lost touch over the past 30 years as I moved to Canada and social media wasn’t common as now.  I recently found his business card in my storage and looked him up online. To my sorrow, I discovered his obituary.
All those memories came rushing back. Jim was a remarkable man, especially in his finance expertise. He patiently taught me how to evaluate deals, emphasizing profitability under different circumstances and considerations. I also admired his eagerness to learn about Chinese culture and the way he brought value to the local staff.
It is with great sadness that I hear of his passing, but I take comfort in knowing he is now with our Father God. Please know that Jim will always remain in our thoughts and hearts forever.
