Jim was my first boss after college and forty five years later I still think he was the greatest.  It was easy to learn from him because he was an effective teacher who naturally blended work and fun.  He was also a dedicated journal writer.  Every time I see a red leather calendar I think of him!  I hope his boys have those red books as they hold the story of an exceptionally good man.
