Gus, you will be missed but remembered and revered by many kids like me.  Your ability to motivate average kids to play above the bar or take, "miss fit kids" and mold them into champions was your gift to students.  I'm proud that our small gift back to you and Lynbrook in 1970 was bringing home the high school state wrestling championship trophy.  Bob Marsella

We called him the worst barber and the best coach.  He was a fine man, it was a privilege to meet him and better to call him "Coach".  Mike Coleman class of 1969.
