Please let me offer my sincere condolences on the passing of Mr. Jacques. A few years back I met with Mr. Jacques to provide him with my Dad’s handwritten journal and photos from the WWII battle of Iwo Jima. My Dad Edward Mangione and Mr. Jacques were Sea Bees together and two of the seven men from Troy who served during this battle. May he Rest In Peace.
