George was a wonderful man who raised a beautiful family. He warmly and generously opened his home to me and our friends throughout our adolescence and beyond. I recall fondly playing chess with him there; I lost. He leaves a legacy of love and service behind and his fabulous children and grandchildren will make the world better as he did.
