Peter and I were doing a CRI workshop for Florida Power and Light Company in Miami, FL.  One night we went to Sonny's Bar-B-Cue for dinner.  I ordered the rib plate and Peter since had never eaten at a Sonny's before ask me what I recommended..  Obviously I told him the ribs were exceptional and he ordered the rib plate combo with chicken.  Then tried to eat with a knife and fork.  TRIED!
