My heart aches for your loss. I came to know Gail when I was her youngest sister Brooke's cabin counselor during Brooke's first summer at Wyo.Gail was Brooke's touchstone that summer, easing Brooke's way into Wyo traditions.Gail continued to be the touchstone for so many during her life.Knowing her has been a gift for so many. We will cherish her memory;her spirit will continue to inspire.
My thoughts and prayers are with the O’Days and Frank families. I was on the Inty Wyo staff with Gail in 1975 and 1976. Gail inspired me to enjoy hiking. I was her assistant counselor on a hiking trip in 1976 in the Carter range of the White Mts. I think her spirit will always be present when we look out at Pleasant Mt. Kiyi Gail.
