I will miss Fred!  I will always remember him as a personable, cordial host with plenty of interesting stories to tell.  My first memories of him go back to him and Jean driving down the old roads of Earlville and stopping in the road to pick up a live snapping turtle which he tossed into his trunk.  It was a smelly beast.  I will cherish the warm memories.
