Dear Debbie,  Dr. Chin was very instrumental in encouraging and supporting me in the beginning of my career at Cabrillo.  He also shared much of his time and resources with me.  Most of his film library is still preserved and relavent in the Image Assessment area of the laboratory.  I could always count on Fred to answer a question.  He was a true friend and supported students education.
