There is no doubt that Frank was one of kind and beloved by so many for his compassion and reliable temperament.  He will be sorely missed so many people, I being one of them.  Frank was perhaps one of the most influential persons in my life.  He took me under his wing as a new professional in Santa Cruz and made sure that I could open my own law practice down the hall successfully.

He was a mentor, a friend and in so many ways, an older brother I did not have growing up.  Life just is not the same knowing he is not one door away.  He will be sorely missed forever.

Two memories of Frank are in my thoughts right now. One of how happy I felt when he once said, “I think we work well together”. The other when he was there for me at one o’ clock in the morning at a time when I desperately needed a friend to stand by me.
Frank was my employer and my friend. I will never forget you, Frank.
