Esther really enjoyed the time we took her and Mom (Maxine) Moon on a Royal Caribbean cruise where they were treated like royalty. Esther loved to play the slot machines in the ship casino royal always winning and one time ask me to hold onto her $600.00 pay out. Esther always called me her mijo (son) fully accepting and loving me as part of her family. I will truly miss Mamacita, Danny

Esther and I (Maxine Moon) had a wonderful time sailing on the high seas with Royal Caribbean Serenade of the Seas ship rooming together enjoying exploring the ship, dining in style, eating anytime during the day, saw stage shows & had fun in the Royal Casino. We enjoyed using room service ordering pastrami sandwiches & good food. We both were happy our kids took us on this cruise! Maxine

My Grandma gave me a gift she never really knew she gave me. The gift of compassion. She showed me compassion as a child when adults had failed me, taught me compassion without words and only by example and spoke with compassion for those less fortunate than ourselves.
I remember so many years ago when Grandma took us girls to volunteer supplying groceries and food to people in need. She knew the people by name and they hers. I watched in awe how she treated everyone the same that day; old, young, poor or not, dirty, clean, big families, small families, nice people and the rude ones too. That was the day  compassion was imprinted in me. The same compassion and love Grandma so selflessly poured into my life continues to overflow my cup today. It's by far a blessing this grandaughter didn't know she needed from her grandmother.

It is hard to believe you left us 3 years ago.  I think of you each and every day and you remain in my heart forever.  I was s fortunate to have such a beautiful and loving mother.  You taught me so much and gave me all your love.  Rest in peace Mom.
