I was employed by Dr Lawrence for 20 years, until my retirement three years ago.  He truly cared for his employees and truly loved his work.  So much could be said of him but time does not allow.  Sending my condolences to the family.   Cheryl Welsh

I just learned of Ned's passing.  Ned was a dear friend. We were both Sigma Chi's at Washington and Lee.  We had a lot of good times. Ned was my best man and I was an usher in his wedding.  I regret that I did not do a better job of keeping in touch.  I would periodically go on line to see how Ned was doing and I was proud of his artistic talent. My sincere condolences to Morgan and Max.
