Ed was a terrific Judge and a scholar in evaluating cases and reaching sound decisions. We agreed on many cases and on the written opinions regarding Alaska law that he authored. He was a devoted and loving husband to  his wife, Anna. We were privileged to have visited in Missoula and saw how very happy they were. Anna, we are so sorry for your loss.
