A long time friend and family member, I still play his music and remember him with great affection. He was a genius in more than one way. The Christian music world is poorer without him.

Fred R. Skaggs

Worked with Fred 1971-1974. He helped me get through a very difficult time due to family illness. I will never forget his kindly advice and willingness to help. My thoughts and prayers are with Jackie and the family.

I marveled at his talent at Grove Avenue Baptist Church, years ago. Fred was one of the few who can become "one with the piano".  Loved to hear him play. A very fine man with God given talent.
