I’m sorry for your loss. I’ve  been a patient of his for over 25 years. He was such a great doctor and I considered him a friend.  We shared pictures of each others grandchildren each time I saw him. He was a very proud grandfather. This world has lost a great man.

Dr. Markovitz has been my doctor for all 34 years of my life. He was also both of my parents doctor even longer than that. We absolutely love him, and his entire family is in our thoughts and prayers. He has been a staple in my life my entire life. He exemplified the phrase “The Good Doctor”. Except I would call him “The Best Doctor”. Thank you for everything. I love you Dr. Markovitz <3

Sincere condolences from my family and I on your devastating loss.  Dr. Markovitz has been our family doctor for over 30 years and in that time he became much more.  I feel like I know all of you as we shared pieces of our lives.  I even had his cell # while he helped with my daughter.  How we laughed with my hearing loss and his rapid speech.  I will miss him and remember him with love.

I chose Dennis as my doctor because he was simply the best doctor on the Winchester staff. My last appointment was only a few weeks ago. I commented to his assistant that my blood pressure always went down when I saw him: I knew that he would take care of all my problems competently, so that I did not have to worry. Dr Bert Fullerton

I am a patient since 1998. Beside being always a warm and friendly family physician, Dr. Markovitz literally saved my life by catching a potentially fatal decease.
Thank you and good bye, my forever doctor.

My sincere condolences to the Markovitz family. I have been a patient for over 25 years and am lost for words. Dr. Markovitz was the absolute best example of how every doctor should care for their patients.  During my last visit with him I felt compelled to thank him for taking such great care of me and he just smiled. I am going to miss him dearly.

We were so saddened to hear of Dr. Markovitz’s sudden passing. He has been my Doctor for over twenty-five years. He got me, not always easy and provided wonderful care while talking about everything including his deep love and pride of his family. Just an awesome person and professional. Please know you are in our thoughts and prayers at this most difficult time.

My deepest condolences to the Markovitz family.  I have been a patient for more than 25 years and I absolutely loved him.  We discussed not only health issues but our mutual love of all things music.  He introduced me musically to some of his favorite artists and songs and I looked forward to each and every appointment.  I will miss you dearly Dr Markovitz.  May you rest in peace.

I first saw Dr Markovitz about 40 years ago and was taken with his caring, friendly manner, and wonderful concern he had for his patients.  He also treated my partner who says that the doctor "saved his life" by telling him to go straight to the ER where they discovered 10 blood clots in his lungs.  He will be missed by us and we extend our deepest condolences to his family.

I am so sorry for your loss. What a wonderful man and such a thoughtful doctor. After moving in 1991 I drove 33 miles each way to see him. His professionalism, bedside manner, caring attitude, concern about my family and my life, fun conversations about sports and the GENUINE interest in my health will never be forgotten. I was blessed when my 1st employer assigned Dr Markovitz as my PCP

I am so sorry for your loss.
Many fond memories of the Winchester hospital walking group at lunch. The laughs, the trying to get back in 30 minutes.
So sorry  for your loss

My sincerest condolences to the entire Markovitz family.  I was his patient for almost 40 years and in that time he was there for me in good times and bad. Always listening, caring and reassuring.  I loved our appointments and trusted his medical knowledge completely.  He is irreplaceable and I know many of his other patients feel the same way. Thank you for sharing him with all of us.

I am so very sorry to Dr. Markovitz’ family. He’s been my doctor for my whole life(25 years). He gave me all my shots as a baby and I didn’t even cry as that little baby. Thank you, Dr. Markovitz. My mother has been your patient for over 50 years and she would never want anybody else. We are devastated. Rest in the sweetest peace, Dr. M. We love and will miss you forever. -The Brown girls

I will miss him, only doctor i have ever trusted.  My youngest was born, then his youngest was born shortly after, his girl, Netayna!  I saw him last year.  I knew it might be the last time, i told him i loved him and he said i love you too! He loved all his patients!  He was only in his 30’s back then, his office was so tiny!   See you on the other side my Doctor!??

Such sad news.  Like many others here, I too had him as my primary care for 32 years.  Always practical in his patient relationships with a warmth that made you feel you had a genuine connection.  He made medicine easy for his patients.  I will miss him dearly.

I am truly saddened to hear the news of Dr. Markovitz passing. I have been a patient of his for 32 years, as were others in my family. Dennis always worked hard advocating for me as a patient and was a kind soul. I always enjoyed seeing his families art on his walls. Thinking of his loved ones
