I had the pleasure of working with Dennis for the last nine years. He was a pleasure to work with, always had great insight and ideas, and you could truly feel that he was one of the good guys. I'll miss him calling me and talking crap on my Raiders also. Thoughts and prayers to the entire family. We lost a great one here WAY to soon.....

I met Dennis over 15 years ago! One of nicest guys you'll ever meet! The appraisal industry won't be the same without you! I was fortunate to have had a nice conversation with you last week! A reminder that tomorrow is never promised. Rest in Peace Dennis! Thank you for always doing your best!  Love and prayers to Terrie, family & Apple Appraisals!

I have known Dennis and Terrie for one 30 years. Dennis was the kindest man I know. He was a great uncle to my children who are just heartbroken. This is a great tragedy for all of us but most of all his family who loves him so much. Dennis I will never forget you laying on the floor with my kids playing. I have the best memories ever. You are in heaven where you belong. Miss you.

I met Dennis in High School in San Jose. I remember him as a playful and kind person. He was like a big brother to me during those few years and I appreciated he always treated me with great kindess and respect. I'm blessed to have had him in my life at that time. He will always be fondly remembered in my heart!
