Debra you were an amazing woman, loving friend, author, strategist, innovator and impacted the world with your vision and love. Your daughter Kendra was always the song in your heart. I love you my dear friend and was so grateful to spend time with you before angels lifted you to heaven.I will be sure that Entovation will go on as you wish, always in my prayer network, Love Lynne
Debra was also a devoted Sigma Kappa sister from her days at Delta Chapter at Boston University to her time as Dean at Babson where she helped found the ZetzZeta chapter of Sigma Kappa there. She was active in the Boston Alumnae Association and was honored by the National sorority with the Colby Award for her numerous achievements.
Omnia fert aetas (Publius Vergilius Maro) – Time takes away all things, but Debra will always be with us.
A candle extinguished. A good heart stopped beating. Remembering Debra's wonderful and gentle soul will forever remain in the hearts of many. May she rest in peace and her legacy continue.
Dear Clinton & Family
Thomas & I are so sorry for your loss.
Debra, I will miss your visits to New Jersey; I will miss the Jackie Lawson e-Cards; I will miss your smile and insights. But, most of all I will miss you. Thank you for being my friend. May Angels lift you up as you have always lifted me. You will be forever in my heart.
Thank you Debra for your gift of knowledge for a better world. For bringing us together through the Entovation network. For your kind relentless effort in enabling collaborative innovation among us. I will always remember the energy and warmth in your words.
Debra, in her kind and gentle way, has reached out to many innovators worldwide, creating the Entovation Community of support and pushed the envelope of understanding of new possibilities way beyond most people’s expectations. Her three books remind us that we can best honor her by building on the foundation she has prepared so well. In thankfulness, Elisabeth and Charles
Eternal, Loving Memories
Time is too slow for those who wait,
Too swift for those who fear,
Too long for those who grieve,
Too short for those who rejoice,
But for those who love, time is Eternity.
Henry van Dyke (1852-1933)
Dear Debra, Clint, and Family,
We are with all of you today.
With Love,
Elisabeth and Charles
Debra was the pioneer and leader of the most amazing start up of the knowledge and innovation management movement ! One person managed to create an international network of pioneers in the growing field of knowledge and innovation management - weaving friendships among all of us across the world! Practicing what we preach in everything she did - more than all of us together! What a loss!
Debra was and always will be one of a kind! She loved her family, her career and always stayed in touch with friends. High school memories will always include Debbie, her smile, her laugh and her love!
I first met Debra when she joined the Board of the Technology Transfer Society. She was a very active board member and led in the organization of the landmark 1987 workshop of R&D consortiums on knowledge as an asset. Debra was visionary and had the capacity to present highly abstract, complex issues in graphic form. She has left a lasting impact. In eternal peace.
Debra was a bright spirit! Your cove on the lake will be bright with fireworks one of these summer weekends in memory of you! You will be missed. I will keep an eye on Clint for you. Big burly hug sent your way!
Debra was a great co-worker and friend. Her passing is very sad indeed.
Visionary thinker, philosopher, strategist and concepts creator.
Grande dame et amie, généreuse et touchante.
Debra, we miss you terribly, but will keep your memory alive the best we can.
Love and blessings to Kendra and Clint.
I would prefer to bring a lotus flower or gardenia you liked, but the system offer only candle.
I am stunned and saddened to hear that you have left us, Dear Debra...I cannot look upon Waterlilies nor Lotus flowers without thinking of the many hours that we spent laughing and plotting together. My life and the lives of many others benefited from your energy, intellect and laughter. I am thankful for our friendship and to you, "Miss Kendra" I send Love and Light!
