David was my big brother. I always looked up to him for his amazing talent at playing the piano without the music sheets. He could direct us in a silly skit and video it (35mm back then). I remember having a lot of conversations about GIRLS and dating in our later years. He was complex, yet childlike. He was accomplished and loved. Rest in Peace Big Brother.
I didn’t get to be part of your life as a man but as the first person who loved and took care of you, I always loved you and wished you all good things. I’m sorry we didn’t re connect but I am very proud of the man you became. Godspeed love Laurie Stirone
I had the great pleasure of knowing David while in middle and high school. He was the smartest person I’ve ever known personally. We took several trips while in high school to the Griffith Observatory to see presentations on astronomy and astrophysics. I’ll miss his observations and insight
I echo Bryan's remembrances of David.
Through Hillcrest Junior High School and Redondo Union High School, David was always brilliant but low-key as we shared many classes and experiences together. His dry wit was often too subtle for the rest of us!
Very sad to hear of his passing.
